I completely understand that life happens. However, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To be respectful of my time and other clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
